Refund policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact adoviallc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return before sending an item back. We will provide return instructions and confirm the return address.
Items must be returned in the condition received, with all included accessories, packaging, and other components. For pre-owned games, only the case, booklet, and accessories described as included in the listing are required. Do not return items to a different store without prior confirmation.
For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. If we sent the wrong item or an item arrived damaged or does not work as described, contact us so we can arrange a return at our expense. Please include photos or a description of the issue where possible.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns; for our error or an item that arrived faulty, applicable shipping charges will be refunded.
These conditions do not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
